Instructions

HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

1. Melt the butter, golden syrup, sugar and fresh ginger together over a low heat and leave to cool

2. Mix the dry ingredients together, stir in the cooled mixture and the egg yolk and knead together to form a dough

3. Roll the dough into small balls and put on a lined baking tray with enough space between so they can spread.

4. Bake for 10-12 mins, until golden brown. Cool on a rack. Then dunk in your tea. Then do it again.
