What could be better than a delicious bowl of sweet poached seasonal fruit, balanced perfectly with Greek yoghurt?
Add the fruit and other ingredients to a medium sized pan, except the clementine’s and bring to a light simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the clementine’s and cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until the liquid turns into a syrup.
Allow to cool and serve with Greek Yogurt and top with nuts, seeds Lyles Golden Syrup.
