Lyle's White Chocolate Rice Krispie Cakes are the perfect blend of creamy white chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy Rice Krispies, all brought together with the rich sweetness of Lyle's Golden Syrup. These no-bake treats are quick to prepare and make an irresistible snack for any occasion!
Grease and line a 21cm square tin with baking parchment.
Place the butter, Lyle's Golden Syrup and white chocolate in a heavy based saucepan, add in the marshmallows, allow to melt and then mix in the Rice Krispies.
Spread the mix evenly in the tin and leave to cool for 2 hours in the fridge then slice up into rectangles.
