There's something about a warm stack of fluffy pancakes that is utterly irresistible. Classic pancakes will always be a favourite, but what if you're craving some chocolate? In that case, you can simply add in chocolate chips and drizzle with Lyle's Golden Syrup and you have a winning recipe that you'll want to repeat for breakfast, brunch, dessert, coffee breaks, and everything in between!

How to make Fluffy Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Add your dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk to remove lumps.
Melt your butter in the microwave and leave to cool slightly for around 3 minutes.
Add your eggs and milk to a jug along with the melted butter. Whisk to remove lumps.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix together until a smooth batter forms.
Add a little butter to a non-stick frying pan and add roughly 2-3tbsp mixture per pancake. Sprinkle some chocolate chips over each pancake.
After 3 minutes on a medium heat, flip your pancake and cook for another 3 minutes.
Stack your cooked fluffy chocolate chip pancakes and serve with some butter and a generous drizzle of Lyle’s Golden Syrup.
