Classic pancakes will always be a favourite, but what if you're craving some chocolate? Take a look Ingredients Servings 8-12 pancakes 180g plain flour 3tbsp baking powder 3tbsp caster sugar 2 eggs 240ml milk 3tbsp butter (melted) 50g chocolate chips 2tbsp Lyle's Golden Syrup to serve 10g butter to serve (optional) Instructions How to make Fluffy Chocolate Chip Pancakes 1. Add your dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk to remove lumps. 2. Melt your butter in the microwave and leave to cool slightly for around 3 minutes. 3. Add your eggs and milk to a jug along with the melted butter. Whisk to remove lumps. 4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix together until a smooth batter forms. 5. Add a little butter to a non-stick frying pan and add roughly 2-3tbsp mixture per pancake. Sprinkle some chocolate chips over each pancake. 6. After 3 minutes on a medium heat, flip your pancake and cook for another 3 minutes. 7.
