Ingredients
Servings
8

300g self-raising flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 medium eggs

2 tbsp Lyle’s Golden Syrup, plus extra to serve

300ml milk

100g white chocolate, melted

100g milk chocolate, melted

Fruit to serve

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, tip the flour, baking powder. Crack in the eggs and whisk until smooth. Add the Lyle's Golden Syrup and milk and whisk together until smooth.

  2. Heat the pan to a high/medium heat. Add the batter to a piping bag. Carefully pipe a bear shape onto the pan. Cook until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side.

  3. Pipe the chocolate onto the bears to create little faces.

  4. Serve with fruit and a little drizzle of Lyle's Golden Syrup.
