Take a Look Ingredients Servings 8 300g self-raising flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 medium eggs 2 tbsp Lyle’s Golden Syrup, plus extra to serve 300ml milk 100g white chocolate, melted 100g milk chocolate, melted Fruit to serve Instructions In a large bowl, tip the flour, baking powder. Crack in the eggs and whisk until smooth. Add the Lyle's Golden Syrup and milk and whisk together until smooth. Heat the pan to a high/medium heat. Add the batter to a piping bag. Carefully pipe a bear shape onto the pan. Cook until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side. Pipe the chocolate onto the bears to create little faces.
