3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

As simple and delicious as the classic pancake but with an extra added twist. These 3 ingredient banana pancakes are perfect for busy mornings, or late nights.

1 ripe banana
2 eggs
50g oats (choose gluten-free oats for a gluten-free recipe)




  1. Blend the banana, eggs, and oats together. Leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat, spoon 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan and spread with the back of a spoon until 1 cm thick. Repeat, to create 2 or 3 pancakes. 
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes until pancakes are cooked through.
  4. Cover in Lyle’s Golden Syrup. Enjoy!
