3 Ingredient Banana Pancake Recipe
Instructions
Blend the banana, eggs, and oats together. Leave for 5 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium heat, spoon 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan and spread with the back of a spoon until 1 cm thick. Repeat, to create 2 or 3 pancakes.
Cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes until pancakes are cooked through.
Cover in Lyle’s Golden Syrup. Enjoy!
