Vegan Coconut Protein Balls


A quick and easy recipe for a snack on-the-go or to have alongside your morning coffee. Keep them in the fridge in an airtight tub to keep them at their best! 

Ingredients

100g Cranberries & Apricots 

100g Desiccated Coconut 

100g Nuts & Seeds

125g Rolled Oats

450g Almond Butter 

50g Lyle’s Golden Syrup 

50g Dark Chocolate Chips

 

Instructions

 

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Spoon out a tablespoon of the mixture and form into balls - repeat.

2. Keep in the fridge for up to a week

3. Or you can also freeze them for up to 3 months!
