Step 1

Add your dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine.

Step 2

In a new separate bowl crack in your medium eggs, add your milk and vanilla extract and mix together until combined.

Step 3

Add your wet ingredients to the dry and combine. Stir in your small amount of oil and giving a final mix before pouring into your lined sheet pan.

Pro tip

The sheet pan should be a standard size, around 9x13 inches or 32-35cm.

Step 4

Pop your sheet pan into a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 - 15 mins. You can test it’s ready by using the skewer method.

Step 5

Slice up and serve with your favourite toppings and a drizzle of Lyle’s golden Syrup.
