1. Mix the plain flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
2. Whisk in the egg and milk to a smooth batter and pour the batter into a
piping bag.
3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan.
4. Pipe small circles of batter on the hot pan and flip once bubbles appear
on the surface. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
5. Place all the pancake cereal in a small serving bowl and top with a
small square of butter and drizzle with Lyle’s Golden Syrup.
