Meet Croffles... croissant pastry popped into a waffle machine and topped with ice cream, don't forget the Lyle's!
Preheat your waffle iron according to its instructions.
Roll out the sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
Brush melted butter evenly over the puff pastry.
Cut the puff pastry sheet into four equal halves.
Roll the pastry into small croissants
Place two croissants onto the preheated waffle iron. Close the waffle iron and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the croffle is golden brown and crispy.
Remove the cooked croffle from the waffle iron and repeat the process with the remaining croissants.
Serve the croffles warm and enjoy with Lyle’s Golden Syrup and toppings of your choice.
