For the Christmas Fudge

  • 125g salted butter 125g salted butter

  • 1 tin of condensed milk 1 tin of condensed milk

INSTRUCTIONS

How to Make Christmas Fudge

  1. Add the butter, brown sugar and Lyle’s Golden Syrup to a pan over low heat and mix until the butter has melted and combined with the brown sugar and Lyle’s Golden Syrup.
  2. Stir in the tin of condensed milk and continue to stir until thickened and golden brown.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the white chocolate, beating continuously until the white chocolate has melted and combined.
  4. Pour into your desired moulds and place in the fridge to set for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
