Start Your Day With Tropical Breakfast Porridge

Make the perfect porridge in just 5 simple steps:

  1. Combine the oats and milk in a small non-stick pan.
  2. Bring them to the boil and stir continuously for a further minute until it’s nice and smooth.
  3. Leave the porridge to stand for another minute before pouring it into a bowl.
  4. Top it with coconut yoghurt, banana slices, fresh coconut shavings and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  5. Spoon on some lovely Lyle’s Golden Syrup and serve up the perfect porridge.


  • For an even creamier consistency, you can always add a little extra milk.
