Whisk all the pancake ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
Using a medium frying pan or crepe pan, add a small amount of oil and spread around the pan with some kitchen roll.
When the pan is hot, cook the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on either side until golden brown. They can be kept warm in a low oven temperature or reheated in the microwave later.
Serve with blueberries or your choice of topping and drizzle with Lyle's Golden Syrup.
