1. Place the flour in a large bowl and then pour in the wet ingredients. Use a whisk to beat until you have a smooth batter. Fold through the blueberries.

2. Heat the butter and neutral oil in a frying pan and pour in the batter to make small pancakes. Heat for a few minutes, until golden, on each side.

3. Serve drizzled with Lyle's Golden Syrup, dusted with icing sugar and scattered with blueberries.
