Step 1

Preheat the waffle maker (you'll want one with round irons to create the perfect disco ball shape). In a large bowl, mix your flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar together.

Step 2

Add your eggs to the mixing bowl and beat into your dry ingredients. Once combined, stir in your milk and melted butter.

Step 3

Ladle your mixture into your waffle maker, being careful not to overfill. Leave until crispy golden brown.

Step 4

Serve your waffles with a drizzle of Lyle’s Golden Syrup and some raspberries. Turn on your favourite disco tunes and tuck in.
