Lyle's Coconut Banana and Cinnamon Porridge

Porridge with a twist, a tasty take on good old oats

INGREDIENTS

Porridge

  • 40g rolled oats
  • 200ml almond milk

Topping

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Fresh coconut shavings
  • 2tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Lyle’s Golden Syrup to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the oats and milk in a small non-stick pan.

Bring them to the boil and stir continuously for a further minute until it’s nice and smooth.

Leave the porridge to stand for another minute before pouring it into a bowl.

Top it with coconut yoghurt, banana slices, fresh coconut shavings and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Spoon on some lovely Lyle’s Golden Syrup and serve up the perfect porridge.
