Long Grain Rice - 2 large cups
Mixed Peppers (Chopped) - 2 or 3 peppers
Onion (Chopped) - 1
Salt and Pepper
Chicken Stock - 4 or 5 cups
Prawns - 1 cup
Butter - approximately 1oz per person
Nutmeg - ˝ teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Lyles Golden Syrup - 1 tablespoon
Juice from 1 lemon

Instructions 1) Cook rice with peppers, onions, salt and pepper in the chicken stock, very slowly,
2) Melt butter in a pan with Lyles Golden Syrup ,
3) Add prawns, nutmeg, turmeric and lemon juice, warm gently,
4) When rice is cooked and dry, add prawn mixture,
5) If wanted add some milk/cram to moisten.
6) ENJOY!
