Strips of Chicken Breast
For the Marinade:
Cloves of Crushed Garlic - 3
Stick of Ginger - 1 ˝ inch (Finely Grated)
Tai Fish Sauce - 2 tablespoons
Light Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
Lyles Golden Syrup - 2 tablespoons
For Possible Sauces:
Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Peanut Sauce:
Peanut Butter - 6 tablespoons
Coconut Milk - 3 or 4 tablespoons
Chilli - 1 (Red)
Lime - 1 (Juice of)
Coriander - Pinch

Instructions 1) Cut the strips of chicken to approximately ˝ inch width along the gain of the breast,
2) To make the marinade, place all marinade ingredients (Lyle Golden Syrup … etc) in a bowl and mix together, then place the strips of chicken in as well,
3) Ensure that all the chicken is coated evenly and that the marinade is mainly used up,
4) Leave this for at least 45 minutes making sure that the marinade still coats the chicken (the longer the better!),
5) Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers which have first been dampened by water to prevent burning.
6) Grill until golden,
7) Serve with Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce or Peanut Sauce, (to make the peanut sauce simply blitz all peanut sauce ingredients)
8) ENJOY!
