Instructions 1) Blend in a blender the base ingredients with melted margarine and Lyles Golden Syrup. Mix well. Place in an oiled dish and put in the fridge to set,
2) In a blender add chopped tofu and Soya or dairy milk and Lyles Golden Syrup. Blend well then add pieces of melted chocolate (melted in the microwave),
3) Place chocolate mixture over the biscuit base and cook in the oven on 160°C for about 20 - 25 minutes
Note: You can also use lemon zest and a little juice if you don’t fancy chocolate cheesecake.
