Steamed Muffins

Instructions

1)      Put 4 tablespoons of Lyles Golden Syrup into a pan, place pan on the hob at very low heat, warm until runny. DO NOT ALLOW TO BURN!

2)      Cut a small hole into the top of each muffin, add a teaspoon of cold water into each hole,

3)      Place muffins in covered dish and microwave for 1 minute only,

4)      Remove and place the muffins into individual dishes, pour preheated Lyles Golden Syrup into the muffins.

5)      ENJOY!
