Digestive Biscuits - 300g
Butter - 10g
For Top:
Double Cream - 284g
Cream Cheese - 200g
Bar of Chocolate (Galaxy) - 300g
Baileys Cream Liqueur - 4/6 tablespoons
Lyle Golden Syrup - 50g |

Instructions 1) To make the base, melt the butter and Lyles Golden Syrup over the digestive biscuits t in a tin
2) Then beat together sugar and cream cheese, fold in whipped double cream, and melt chocolate, and add Baileys,
3) Spoon onto base,
4) Chill in the fridge until set - it doesn’t set very hard.
5) ENJOY!
