Instructions 1) Peel, core and cut up the Windfall apples,
2) Cook them to a pulp in a quart of vinegar (keep apples covered)
3) Whilst hot add 1 tin of Lyles Golden Syrup,
4) Add the sultans, salt, mustard seed and the ground ginger,
5) Allow to stand for a week,
6) Stir several times a day
7) Serve with Carmarthen Ham
8) ENJOY!
